About Bid and Brush
Bid and Brush was created as a way to clear space—physically and creatively. Over the years, my home has filled with paintings, sketches, and experiments. Some were shown in exhibitions or art trails, others were tucked away and forgotten. But a cluttered workspace can feel overwhelming. It’s hard to focus on new ideas when the past is stacked in every corner.
Selling off older or unwanted work gives my studio room to breathe. It’s not just about making space—it’s about moving forward. Letting go of the past can be the most freeing step in a creative journey.
That’s why I chose to sell by auction.
Auctions put the power in the hands of the buyer. Instead of setting fixed prices, I let the market decide. Whether it’s an early painting, an unfinished study, or something more experimental, the auction model opens up new possibilities. Sometimes, the results are surprising—especially when demand is higher than expected.
Bid and Brush is not just a place to buy and sell art. It’s a space where old work finds new homes, and artists (like me) can refocus on what’s next.
Thank you for visiting—and for being part of the journey.
